Erasmus+ Project “Climate Justice” between 16-20 May 2022, in Latvia.

 Our first stay was in Riga, the capital of Latvia.

At the end of the second day, we met with Spain, one of our project partners, and went to Jekabpils, where our partner school is located in Latvia. We were very well received here and beautiful images were formed.

On the first day of this mobility, our students; They presented the impacts of transport on climate change with the Latvian, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian project partners.

Then the Krustpils Castle, which is located in the immediate vicinity, was visited.

On the second day, students studied robotics. In the afternoon, the departments of our partner school 'Jekabpils Agrobusiness College' in Barkava, which is about 80 km away, were visited. related to farming; They observed how the whole process from harvesting to animal husbandry developed and had the opportunity to examine the educational environment in this field. They used tractors. Apart from this, they gained unforgettable experiences by examining the SPA training and construction worker training departments of the school.

At the end of the day, all partners together in the show hall of the school; His drama works on climate change and environmental pollution, which he exhibited on April 22, 'Earth Day', were watched on twinspace. Here, too, there were some very pleasant moments.

On the third day, our students worked on creating and programming robots. In the afternoon, Jekabpils historical open-air museum was visited and ice skating event was held at Jekabpils sports center.

On the fourth day, the motor museum in Riga, the capital of Latvia, was visited. Here, students had the opportunity to examine and observe the developing process of the engine and cars from the invention of the wheel to the present day. Afterwards, the ruins of Koknese Castle, one of the important historical monuments of the region, were visited.

On the fifth day, the successful work of the students during robot creation and programming and the infographics they prepared on climate change were rewarded.

Certificate ceremony was held.

All teachers and students at the farewell dinner; we celebrated the harmony of our project, the joy of making new friendships and the invaluable experiences we gained. We had unforgettable moments, said goodbye, had emotional moments.
